AGENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ASR)

Temporary-to-Hire Status

We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to work in our fast-paced, inside sales department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience
• Must be able to make 100+ prospective cold calls per day via phone
• Must be self-motivated and consistently exceed monthly goals
• Professional phone presence is a MUST
• Insurance Industry experience is a PLUS
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Excellent MS computer skills & typing ability of 45+ WPM (will be tested)

Status: This position is considered temporary but, for the right candidate, could become permanent.

Pay: $15.00 per hour temp-to-hire; salary + commission if hired full time.
